Tesla Motors to sue Fisker
ImageHost.org
Yesterday, the San Mateo Superior Court in California, Tesla Motors filed suit against Fisker Auto. Henrik Fisker, the designer of the Fisker Karma, was hired last year by Tesla for the design of its upcoming electric sedan, named WhiteStar. According to Tesla, the reason Fisker has this work was "to gain access to confidential information and trade secrets draft, then announced a competing vehicle."

After the Tesla Roadster was successfully launched, the company announced that next year or in 2010 they will also introduce an all-electric passenger sedan, priced somewhere between € € 50000 and 70000. Apparently, after Tesla discovered that Fisker is about creating a competitor for the WhiteStar, they have sacked him, decided to dump its original design and started working on another.

So far there are no official reaction from Fisker, but because we continue to keep you informed of this interesting case.
