Ferrari FXX

The Ferrari FXX, which is the most powerful GT Ferrari has ever created, just received an “Evoluzione” package, which increases the 6.2 liter V12 engine’s power from 790 to 860 hp at 9500 rpm. The Ferrari FXX Evoluzione also has a 25% improved aerodynamic efficiency, being fitted with a new rear diffuser, nolder and rear flaps and an active front spoiler control system. The FXX rides on special 19? Bridgestone tires which now last longer.

Unfortunately, we’ll never see this car on the streets, as it is developed exclusively for track use and for research and development purposes, however, there’s also good news, because Ferrari announced that there’ll be six planned events next year (two in North America, two in Europe and two in Asia) where the FXX will be present, plus the end-of-season Ferrari World Finals.

Ferrari Theme Park 2008

Ferrari is really starting to build up its brand. After it recently announced that they’ll open about 40 Ferrari stores in the world, in the next few years, the Italian carmaker came up with other news. The first stone has been lain on what’s going to be Ferrari’s first theme park. Stretching over 250,000 sqm, the park is located in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. During the foundation stone ceremony a time capsule was buried, containing a conrod and a piston straight from this years World Champion F2007 F1, capsule which will be opened in 2047, when Ferrari celebrates its 100th anniversary.

Skoda Fabia S2000

The car, based on the current generation Skoda Fabia, complies with FIA regulations and is powered by a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder petrol engine mated to a six-speed sequential transmission and it also features four-wheel drive system with three mechanical differentials. Dr. Eckhard Scholz, Skoda Auto BOD Member responsible for technological development, said: “We are glad to have started testing the Fabia Super 2000.
